Mesa Bank Welcomes Kevin Hutchings As Senior Vice President at the Bank's Falcon Field Office
MESA - (Nov. 9, 2005) - Neil Barna, president and CEO of Mesa Bank, is pleased to announce that veteran lender Kevin Hutchings has joined the bank's Falcon Field Office as Senior Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer. In this position, Hutchings develops and manages banking relationships with businesses primarily in Mesa and the East Valley.
Hutchings has more than 12 years of banking experience in Arizona. Most recently, he was a vice president and commercial and real estate banker at a business bank. Prior to that, he was a commercial lender and relationship manager at two regional banks. He began his career as an internal auditor and later a credit analyst at First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo).
An honors graduate of Northern Arizona University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Hutchings was later named to the dean's list in the post-baccalaureate program in accountancy at Arizona State University. He also completed three prestigious American Bankers Association bank regulatory education programs offered at the University of Oklahoma covering the spectrum of regulatory compliance management issues. Additionally, he has taken numerous banking and business education courses offered by The Risk Management Association (RMA), banking organizations and the State of Arizona.
His professional affiliations include membership in the Arizona Chapter of RMA, where he has been a board member since 2003, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and WESTMARC in Maricopa County.
In the community, Hutchings is currently a volunteer with the Maricopa County Regional School District and a past board member of the Arizona affiliate of the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Organization.
