Mesa Bank Adds Officer

Mesa, Arizona: July 26, 2002 - Neil R. Barna, President of Mesa Bank, announces the addition of James G. LeCheminant as Vice President of Client Services.

"Jim brings his knowledge of the Mesa community and his many personal and professional relationships to Mesa Bank," said Barna. "We are fortunate to have his experience and his enthusiasm as catalysts for new customer development at Mesa Bank."

Mr. LeCheminant has been involved in the insurance and financial services industry for 24 years. He has served as the President and Vice President of two different insurance brokerage companies and was a regional representative for American Bankers Insurance Group. Most recently he has been the Western Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for a large medical professional liability company.

Mr. LeCheminant is a past member of the Mesa Museum Board for the City of Mesa. He also served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Scottsdale and is active in the Boy Scouts of America, Grand Canyon Council.

Mr. LeCheminant earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
