Sandy Zazula Appointed Senior VP at Mesa Bank

Mesa, Arizona:July 12, 2004 - Neil Barna, president/CEO of Mesa Bank, is pleased to announce that Sandy Zazula has been appointed Senior Vice President at the bank. Previously a vice president at the bank, Zazula is in charge of bank operations.

"Sandy wears a lot of hats at Mesa Bank and has responsibility for just about everything except loans," said Barna. "She is a valuable member of the Mesa Bank management team and is very deserving of this promotion."

In her role as head of bank operations, Zazula is responsible for the operations of the Mesa Bank's main office in the Mesa Bank Building at 63 East Main St. in downtown Mesa and the Mesa Bank Falcon Field Office at 1733 N. Greenfield Road. As the co-compliance officer, she also helps ensure that Mesa Bank complies with state and federal banking laws. She is a member of the bank's Asset-Liability Committee and is the corporate secretary for Mesa Bank Board of Directors.

Zazula has 10 years of banking experience. She joined Mesa Bank five years ago as a personal banker and later served as an administrative officer, prior to being named the head of bank operations.
